Anyone with a great attitude who wants to grow their job into a career is encouraged to apply.

  • We are currently looking for multiple individuals to work our continental shift (7:00 am/pm to 7:00 am/pm).You must also be able to work our rotational shifts of 2 weeks of midnights, 2 weeks of afternoons and 2 weeks of days.
  • These are all entry level roles with opportunity for growth
  • Starting pay rate is $16 - $17/hour for 1st shift
    • +$1.00 for 2nd shift
    • +$1.50 for 3rd shift
  • $1000 Sign-On Bonus
Responsibilities:
  • Safety is priority #1 at Fort Dearborn Company
    • Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Reports all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor.
    • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain a good attitude and be willing to learn.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Any experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
