Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a purchasing agent, which will report to the Materiel Manager. The selected person will work in the purchasing team located at the head office in Les Cèdres, near Vaudreuil-Dorion. Responsibilities:

  • Send requests for quotesto suppliers, prepare Purchase Orders and purchase aeronautical products within established Company policies and requirements of the Canadian Aviation Regulations.
  • Search for products to meet demand and negotiate the best prices with the suppliers.
  • Search to ensure all suppliers of parts are approved by the Company and are listed in the Company Approved Vendors database;
  • Seek and identify suppliers based on price, delivery time and quality.
  • Ensure that the suppliers used are approved as per the Company procedures.
  • Review material requirements on a daily basis.
  • Other related duties.
