Description de lentrepriseCanadian Helicopters is a diversified company offering helicopter charter, maintenance support and flight training services. Canadian Helicopters has operated rotary wing since 1947 and is Canada’s largest helicopter operator with 20 locations across the country and a fleet of nearly 100 single and multi-engine aircraft.We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Receiver Clerk at our head office located in Les Cèdres, near Vaudreuil-Dorion.Description du posteReporting to the Material Manager, duties include:

  • Receive aeronautical products, supplies and services;
  • Review certifying documentation to ensure full compliance to Transport Canada Civil Aviation regulations and CHL’s AMO procedures;
  • Address certifying documentation discrepancies and/or non-compliance with vendors and service providers;
  • Obtain mandatory documentation to complete orders reception;
  • Fill open requirements from various company departments;
  • Prioritize the receiving based on parts requirement urgency and payment schedule;
  • Coordinate with other departments, when necessary, in order to complete mandatory reception procedures;
  • Provide support in other duties/other departments as assigned;
  • Any other related task.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma;
  • Computer Literate, MS Office environment;
  • Autonomy, dynamism, initiative and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork;
  • Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 pounds;
  • Bilingualism (an asset);

Work conditions:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM;
  • 1 week out of 4 – on call duty (subject to change);
