Your Role:
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and online communication.
  • Policy Assistance: Guide clients through insurance processes, explaining their options and assisting with policy applications.
  • Ongoing Support: Handle follow-ups and provide assistance in resolving any issues that arise during the client journey.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and professional communication with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic digital tools and virtual platforms (Zoom, email, etc.).
  • Customer-Oriented: Genuine passion for helping others and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to manage your time and be proactive in assisting clients.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client satisfaction and team goals are met.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a reliable computer and access to Wi-Fi.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
  • Full-time availability to provide consistent support to clients.
