Job Description

Do you have a passion for caring for seniors Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Were looking for dedicated Personal Care Attendants for day staff, call-in and regular hours. Youre motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are passionate about helping others. We take great pride in providing top quality care and ensuring the needs of each and every resident is met.Resident Care

  • Monitor changes in residents’ condition and behavior and advise the manager of changes.
  • Document changes in progress notes
  • Orient new residents to the environment and routines
  • Maintain a caring and interested attitude when dealing with residents and families.
Housekeeping Duties
  • Ensure hallways and doorways are free from obstruction to prevent accidents
  • Report need for repairs using the form provided to the manager.
Kitchen Duties
  • Refill condiments (salt, pepper, jam/peanut butter, sugar, sugar twin, ketchup, mustard, vinegar)
  • Set tables for meals
  • Load dishwashers and run.
  • Empty dining room garbage, refill ice cube trays
