Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Continuing Care Assistants to join our team. Join a team that clearly wants to make a difference in the lives of our sixty-one residents. Continuing Care Assistant position available immediately.Qualifications:

  • Current student or graduate of a recognized Continuing Care Assistant Program
  • Experience in continuing care an asset
  • Demonstrated passion in working with residents with a focus on resident centered care
  • Demonstrated communication skills, initiative and empathy skills
  • Proven reliability for shift coverage
  • Ability and confidence to work independently
  • Physically able to perform duties of the position
  • Regular attendance is required
Responsibilities:
  • To provide direct personal care and support to the residents of Queens Manor
Schedule: · Shifts can be 4, 8, & 12 hours and may be days, evenings and nights, including weekends and holidaysRate of Pay: As per Union ContractJob Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $17.22-$18.96 per hourAdditional pay:
