Employment OpportunityCustomer Service RepresentativeFull Time PositionRegion of Queens Municipality is seeking applications from well-organized, reliable and self-motivated individuals to join our team at Queens Place Emera Centre as a Customer Service Representative.Required competencies:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable & positive attitude
Work expectations:
  • Candidates for this position must possess a high school diplo- ma and preferably possess a diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution in business management, tourism and hospitality management, or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, nights & holidays as required.
  • Proficient in the use of technology including scheduling, word processing, membership management and a strong understand- ing of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Willingness to obtain First-Aid, CPR and WHMIS. Maintaining up-to-date certification is required over the term of employment.
