CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS NEEDED – LIVERPOOL CONTACT CENTREFULL TIME – 40 HOURS A WEEK – 5 DAYS A WEEK – VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLEBUSINESS IS BOOMING AND WE’RE EXPANDING AGAINWALK-IN AND GET HIRED ON THE SPOT – 54 HARLEY UMPHREY DRIVE, LIVERPOOLJob Description Are you gratified when you are able to help others Are you looking for a unique opportunity to give your career a new direction If yes is your answer to these questions, then we would love to have you join our team!As an Inbound Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be answering incoming calls that are Customer Service related. Ability to handle large call volumes and adhere to posted schedules.

  • This person must be comfortable with technology, be internet savvy and have above average problem-solving skills.
  • Successful candidate will be flexible to work a variety of shifts, which include alternating Saturdays. Flexibility is a must and requirement.
  • Previous call centre or relevant experience preferred.
  • Must possess a high school diploma and excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities will include taking 80-200 calls per day
  • Contribute to contact centre objectives on service level and abandoned calls
  • Provide proper escalation to management to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Learn and utilize all the tools necessary to ensure a quality phone call
  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times in support of customer satisfaction
  • Provide outbound calling as needed to ensure proper follow-up to customer service calls.
  • Maintain open availability for work shifts required to staff for call volumes
  • Resolves problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to resolve the problem and following up to insure resolution
  • Answer incoming customer service calls.
  • Help diffuse customer escalations with proper problem solving techniques.
  • Handle Customer Service issues and proper escalations to Management.
Required Position Skills
  • Demonstrated success and proven track record meeting or exceeding quota or set goals
  • Ability to effectively take 200+ calls/day when required
  • Excellent phone presence and ability to handle difficult situations and customers
  • Desire to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Desire to develop and grow in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and use of internet
  • Possess high-energy, adventuresome, responsive, focused, and caring attributes
  • WPM of 30+
  • Proven ability to control a situation and create a win-win solution is required
