The plumber may partake in minor renovations and installation of new equipment as required to the various facilities which make up the Nova Scotia Health.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Certified Red Seal Journeyman Plumber
  • One year post Journeyman experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency of the plumbing codes and any other relevant codes, acts, and standards is required.
  • Must be able to carry out physically-demanding tasks, work in all weather conditions, work from heights and in enclosed spaces as necessary and be able to carry out duties safely, effectively and efficiently.
  • Valid training in the following would be considered an asset: WHMIS, confined space awareness, fall protection, Arc flash, first aid, lock-out tag-out and infection control.
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferre
