As a leading healthcare company, we are committed to excellence in everything we do.Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing schedules, and data entry
  • Provide information to clients and visitors about our products/services
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus
