Job Description

Support WorkerEmbark on an empowering adventure as a valued support worker, where you play a pivotal role in enriching lives and making a positive impact on individuals.Salary: £20,222 (Based on 35h)Location: LiverpoolHours: Shift patterns vary – rota-based system (You must be flexible) Qualifications and Experience:

  • NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Commitment to pursing an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable.
  • Experience working with and relating to people from diverse backgrounds desirable.
Duties:Empower individuals for a fulfilling life, aiding in decision-making, engaging activities, maintaining relationships, and overcoming challenges. Provide support with daily tasks, personal care, finances, medication, and healthcare, prioritizing safety, dignity,and independence. Ensure understanding and access to rights.Abilities:Proficient in empowering individuals to take control of their lives through positive support and facilitating informed decision-making. Skilled in supporting personal care needs with dignity and respect, establishing strong relationships with individuals, families,and carers. Possess excellent communication skills, including interpreting verbal, emotional, and behavioural cues.
