RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working side-by-side with management to assist with any and all organization
  • Keep database up to date with project details, pictures, and changing information
  • Assisting with freight scheduling and organization.
  • Assisting with job scheduling and organization.
  • We are hiring in more than one department, so expectations will vary depending on where you are hired and who your supervisor is.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Willingness to show up every day and desire to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Team Player
  • Solid knowledge of Word Processing. Experience with SharePoint and SmartSheets an asset
  • Typing skills
  • Can thrive working independently, but can take direction from management well
