The Administrative assistant performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties associated with the daily operation of an effective business office. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Answering phones, computer skills, light cleaning, filing and data entry. The ideal candidate will possess: Good knowledge of office procedures, be well organized, punctual and efficient. Knowledge of data entry for ADP and Cortex would be an asset but not required.
