Job Description

Our Parts department is expanding and is in need of an entry level Automotive Parts Person!Job Responsibilities

  • Providing Wholesale, Retail, and Internal Customers with the correct parts to service their vehicles.
  • maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging customers they come in contact with.
  • Work with all internal departments, and wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed.
  • Assist in keeping the department clean & orderly
  • Receive and process incoming parts and correctly file in the assigned bin.
  • Billing of parts to invoices and work orders while collecting payment as required
  • Any other tasks as directed by the Parts Manager for the efficient operation of the dealership.
Job RequirementsAs a Automotive Parts Person you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success.
  • Experience in Automotive Parts would be a asset.
  • Must have computer proficiency ( CDK, MPI, Microcat is an asset)
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must be willing to submit to a driving record check and drug screen
