Job description:Aeraden Energy Corporation was founded in 2015 as the Energy Division of Saliance Global Holdings Co Ltd. to explore opportunities in the Western Canadian Basin. Based out of Calgary Alberta Canada Aeraden Energy has grown into an energetic Junior Upstream Oil and Gas Company through a series of partnerships and acquisitions.As the Production Foreman, you will be responsible for safely leading the field teams to effectively and efficiently manage operating and capital costs as well as maximize production in an environmentally responsible manner. You will be in a pivotal position to deliver on regulatory requirements, as well as communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including but not limited to the Lloydminster office team, Field operators, Calgary teams, landowners and service providers.Provide leadership and supervision to field staff and field service providers by on-site work planning and day-to-day direction while managing staff performance, spend >50% of the time in the field.· Responsible for well and facility production optimization and development/execution of operating and optimization capital and cost initiatives.· Ensure wells and facilities are properly maintained to operational and regulatory standards including oversight and completion of facility turnarounds as necessary.· Drive reliability and process improvements as it relates to safety, production and cost.· Organize and attend field meetings, including arranging for training programs and safety meetings.· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operating budgets while maintaining cost control· Maximize safe Well production and facility.· Maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.· Job location: office based in Lloydminster, frequent travel to fields required.· Field base includes Lloydminster, Silverdale, Senlac, West Hazel, Provost and Sedalia.· Familiar with governmental oil and gas regulations, drafting and filing field operation applications to government officials for approvals regarding oil field operations. these regulations include oil and gas pool spacing, commingling, concurrent, Abandonment, packer testing and production data analysis and submission. Jurisdictions include Alberta and Saskatchewan.· Analysis well performance relative to capability and provide technical support to completions and the field operations team to solve operational and production issues.· Field visits and well reviews. Identify the technical requirements to optimize production from each well, including capital and operating costs, expected uplift and economics.Qualifications:· 10+ years of field experience in an operational, maintenance or technical role· Working knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations· Proven team leadership experience in a supervisory or mentorship capacity· Proven project management skills in planning, preparations and execution· Knowledge of fundamentals of Oil and Gas economics· Effective written and verbal communication skills· Graduate with Engineering Degree, Technology Diploma or Journeyman certification is preferred· Strong data analysis and computer skills utilizing MS Office, SCADA, Accumap, Production Accounting systems, Maintenance systems, Financial Accounting systems, and ability to learn and utilize various Technical systems/software’s· Knowledge of oil and gas production and reservoir analysis is a big merit· Have the ability to work independently or under minor supervisionJob Types: Full-time Permanent or ContractorJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
