Job Description

Catholic Social Services is currently recruiting for a full-time (40 hours/week) Program Supervisor in Lloydminster.Job Summary:Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor will implement program development and support programming and Service Coordinator staff in Supportive Family Living, Family Intervention, and Family Capacity Building programs.Your strong communication skills ensure programs are designed and implemented according to best practices and program mandates. You will lead the team with a positive attitude and by being a participative team member. Acting as a mentor, you encourage staff to participate in training and guide them in outstanding service delivery. You also think strategically and are able to support your team to create innovative program solutions to meet ever-changing client needs. As a Program Supervisor, you will partner with the Program Manager in liaising with funders and third-party stakeholders regarding contractual agreements and service delivery. Your keen attention to detail and organization will aid you in reading and editing monthly staff reports.On-call duties on weekdays, evenings, and weekends are required for this position.Education and Qualifications:

  • A diploma/degree in Human Services, Social Services or related / equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with children, adults, and families with complex needs
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory position
  • Experience in family conferencing processes
  • Experience with program development and implementation
  • Valid First Aid and CPR
  • Vulnerable Sector Record Check from RCMP or local City Policy Detachment
  • Child Intervention Record Check
  • Clear and current drivers abstract
  • A vehicle and valid class 5 drivers license
