Looking to elevate your career in the environmental field Flint Corp has a fantastic opportunity for you! We #39;re currently on the lookout for a full-time, permanent Intermediate Environmental Professional based in the vibrant Swift Current, Saskatchewan area or willing to travel to this area for project work.Reporting to the Regional District Manager, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring top-tier service across diverse environmental programs.This role will be supporting projects in the Swift Current, SK area. The successful candidate can be local or based out of the following locations: Regina, Saskatoon, Lloydminster, Medicine Hat, or Calgary. If not local you will need to be able to travel to the Swift Current area for site based work.What would you be doing- Take charge of client environmental portfolios and travel for field-based projects.- Coordinate and execute various remediation and reclamation programs, including Environmental Site Assessments, In-Situ and Ex-Situ Remediation, soil and groundwater treatment, and monitoring.- Contribute to business development and marketing efforts to expand our environmental services line.- Monitor costs, report findings, and conduct technical reviews.- Implement safety programs for both company and clients.- Ensure project requirements are met effectively within set timelines.Does this sound like you- A minimum of 4 years #39; environmental consulting experience, particularly in the Oil and Gas sector.- Possession of a technical Diploma or University Degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline.- Class 5 Driver #39;s License.- Eligibility for or possession of a professional designation.- Additional certifications such as H2S Alive, TDG, WHMIS, Standard First Aid, Common Safety Orientation (CSO), and Ground Disturbance are advantageous.- Strong vegetation identification and soil characterization skills.- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.- Proficiency in multitasking within a deadline-driven, multi-project environment.- Ability to foster meaningful relationships with diverse individuals.- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a solid initiative-taking ability.- Strong influencing and communication skills.- Proven relationship-building skills across various organizations.- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration capabilities.- Physical capability to perform job duties, including heavy lifting, climbing, and outdoor tasks.Perks of the job- Competitive compensation.- Health coverage for you and your family.- Internal development and growth.- Professional designation allowance.- RRSP Matching program.Other important detailsThis position has beenidentifiedas a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing.Why FLINTFLINT strivesevery dayto be recognized as your employer of choice, modelling our core values not only to our customers but also to our employees.
