R&D Plumbing and Heating is currently hiring for a full-time or Outbound Sales Rep to join our team in the Lloydminster, AB area. We hope to meet you soon!DAY-TO-DAYThis full-time retail sales position typically works Monday-Friday from 9 am-6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am-4 pm.In this retail role, your customer-focused mentality helps our company thrive! You develop and maintain excellent relationships with both potential and existing customers while assisting them with finding the right solution for their needs. Most of your time is spent communicating with clients through email and other outbound channels as you generate appointments and quotes.To ensure our customers are receiving needed information, you remain available to respond to inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner. You also direct them to product information resources. After jobs are complete, you follow up with the client to ensure their satisfaction. With you on our team, our departments performance and productivity soars.
