Meeting in the homes of potential and existing clients, you speak with clients about their problems and then offer customized solutions and highlight features, quotes, prices, and credit terms to close sales. You also prepare and deliver preventative maintenance agreements. As needed, you create and update customer information in our system. To guarantee customer satisfaction, you see each job all the way through while maintaining exceptional customer service. You also reach out to existing sales leads to offer additional information and work to convert them into sales.On an ongoing basis, you maintain an awareness of the marketplace and provide feedback to allow our company to best adapt. As a team player, you support and assist your team in order to meet sales goals. • 3+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Knowledge about heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing industries
