Job Description

Sales Manager - AutoLloydminster Honda, part of the Landsperg Automotive Group, is looking for an EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER to join our team. We believe that the future of our organization lies in the hearts and capabilities of one of our most valuable resources -our people.JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Manager is vital in leading the Dealership’s Sales Team. They will be responsible for building and supporting a team of highly productive salespeople that can achieve sales and revenue growth expectations and provide a high standard of customer service. They will plan, organize, direct, mentor, and evaluate the sales staff to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures. The Sales Manager must be familiar with the ability to desk deals.Responsibilities:

  • Create and organize all sales activities for the New/Used Vehicle Sales department
  • Experience and good understanding of credit evaluation and vehicle selection, desking lease and finance deals. Strong organization and communication skills, recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force that is customer focused and savvy
  • Enthusiastically assist salespeople in customer interactions, enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
  • Assist sales consultants in closing sales as needed.
  • Determine the customer’s need for financing/leasing and explore different payment options.
  • Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
  • Meet monthly new car and used car target
  • Maintain vehicle inventory and days’ supply.
  • Supervise sales consultants to ensure individual and department sales quotas are met.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Automotive Sales Management is desired
  • Great attitude, high-energy personality with the ability to drive results through mentorship
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
  • Must be able to be licensed with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC)
Compensation: · Average 12,000 - $18,000 per month and up with tenureJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $12,000.00-$18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:
  • Lloydminster, AB T9V 2W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
  • Drivers License (required)
  • AMVIC license (preferred)
