Job Description

The Lloydminster SAP asset master data team is responsible for the technical management of facility, well and equipment data to provide an accurate digital representation of the company’s operational assetsTarget Start Date: October 24, 2022Contract Length: 1 yearLocation: Lloydminster, SKWage Range: $38 - $48/hr depending on qualificationsHours: 8-hour days, 40 hours a week (Office environment and does not include field work)Core Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and collaborate with internal and external teams to verify data to accurately create credible asset information in SAP to optimize costs and improve lifecycle.
  • Manage work from multiple assets across one or more business areas in Canada.
  • Following defined processes and comply with data standards, which is a key metric.
  • Make decisions based on standards and training.
  • Influence stakeholders to maintain data quality standards.
  • Manage initiatives related to data improvement.
  • Being a team player that can work with multiple stakeholders to achieve success.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Business / Technical Diploma and / or equivalent training is an asset
  • Experience with SAP, or asset management software
  • Oil and gas equipment knowledge is an asset
  • Attention to detail - able to find errors and anomalies in large data sets
  • Critical thinking - able to investigate and determine a course of action based on findings
  • Ability to accurately assess information to make decisions
  • Team player and effectively communicate with field and office personnel including operations, maintenance, engineering, finance, supply chain and service teams.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines to organize and manage multiple work
  • Able to organize and manage multiple work streams
