Job Description

Position: Service Advisor(s)Position Type: Fulltime PermanentLocation: Lloydminster, ABWork Schedule: Monday to Friday and 4on/4off rotations availableOpportunityVelocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, has an exciting opening for two Service Advisors at our Lloydminster Alberta branch. Primary Job Functions
  • Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
  • Create estimates.
  • Creating and maintaining invoices.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
  • Explain all work performed and charges to the customer.
Qualifications
  • Great customer service both in person and over the phone,
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma is required
