Job Description

Position: Shipper /ReceiverPosition Type: Full time, PermanentLocation: Lloydminster, AlbertaWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pmPosition OverviewVelocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, has an exciting opening for a Shipper / Receiver at our Lloydminster branch. Primary Job Functions
  • Shipping, receiving, documentation, and inventory of products incoming and outgoing from the warehouse.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries.
  • Picking parts.
  • Stock shelves.
  • Picking return shipments.
  • Maintains the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years #39; experience as a shipper receiver.
  • Initiative-taker - able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment.
  • Above average computer skills to maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts.
  • Ability to work in a physical capacity, including periodic heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift.
  • Valid Class 5 driver #39;s license.
  • Forklift experience is an asset (training will be provided).
