Job Description

Compensation:· FT Permanent,· 37.5 hr/week,· $24 - $30/hr depending on qualifications and education along with benefits· 3 weeks vacationCore Responsibilities: Social Media Assistant- Creating and publishing daily:- wall post content three times per day on Facebook (according to a pre-created calendar and marketing team instructions – include job titles, new property listings, property price adjustments, and feature listings)- Instagram page posts following the established posting pattern- Instagram/Facebook stories/reels according to calendar- Editing copy for all agent’s Facebook pages as well as main company page- Following social media calendar for regular posting content eventually contributing yo the creation of future calendars- Consistently updating clients on their listing’s social media activity via a BombBomb video- Regularly responding to social media activity and engaging with online community to include routing leads to on-call agents- Executing general social media activity based on calendar and instructions from marketing teamGeneral Admin- Opening and closing office along with general office duties, mail, answering/directing calls, and correspondence- Creating copies for cheques and record- Providing tech assistance to agents- Checking the Pillar 9 for company listing updates- Connecting with clients via email and iMessage/text providing links for social features, custom BombBomb video, and other updates: price adjustments, new social media welcome video, etc.Familiarity With The Following Programs an Asset: Gmail, Pillar 9/Matrix, Facebook, Instagram, Google Spreadsheets, BombBomb, Font Changer, TinyUrl, Transaction Desk, Google Drive, Microsoft OfficeQualifications- Grade 12 Diploma, post-secondary education and/or working knowledge with social media/computer technology- Software skills in a basic video editing app or software an asset- Positive, friendly, personable- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills- Excellent customer service skills with an innate ability to create positive professional relationships- Strong time management skills, well-organized with multi-tasking ability- Organized with great attention to detail- Productive working independently and/or within a teamPlease forward resume and references to TJ at Jetstream Personnel Consulting Lloydminster AB/SK via email.We thank all interested candidates for their time and efforts, however only candidates we wish to interview will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $24.00-$30.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
