  • This is a full-time, temporary position (approximately 15 months)
  • Lloydminster is the preferred location, but we will also consider candidates in Edmonton or Red Deer who can work out of our regional or head office. This position follows our flexible hybrid work model which consists of a combination of working in the office and working remotely.
As the Team Lead Document Support, you will manage the functional activities of the department, along with the development, coaching, and mentoring of the Document Support team. You will lead the Document Support Administrators and participate in ensuring the work assigned to the team adheres to defined policy and procedures.More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Business Processes:
    • Maintaining expertise in OnBase including all documentation and indexing functions
    • Providing technical direction to staff and direct support to branches and Business Banking
    • Confirming adherence to policies, procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements, and loss prevention. Ensuring adequate internal controls are maintained.
    • Delivering clear and effective reporting and analysis on key performance metrics. Demonstrating continuous process review for operational improvements and assist with the creation/review of enhancements when required.
  • Financial Performance. Identifying and implementing cost savings and revenue opportunities. Ensuring key performance results are maintained against standards/benchmarks.
RequirementsTo qualify, youll need at least the following:
  • 5+ years experience specific to document and records management
  • 1 – 3 years experience in supervising teams
  • Working knowledge of credit union products and procedures specific to document imaging/records management, Captivation, MRM, OnBase, and Microsoft Office
Although not required, the following experience and education/certifications are valuable assets:
  • Experience in in the financial services industry
  • Related courses in leadership
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma or technical certificate
