Are you passionate about working with people and technology We are hiring immediately for a Technical Service Representative, which we call Service Agent. In this role, you will take care of our customers #39; service and repair needs.No experience required, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.Join us and grow your career with our retail team as a Technical Service Representative.What you #39;ll do:

  • Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk
  • Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
  • Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
What we #39;re looking for:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver #39;s licence with a clean drivers abstract
  • Successful completion of criminal background check
  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
