Job DescriptionThe Business Development Representative will primarily be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the company through networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving. This role is critical for achieving sales objectives and driving new revenue into the organization. It is strictly focused on new business generation; therefore, we are seeking a HUNTER with a strong passion and persistence to overcome challenges in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement the strategy for the entire sales cycle to secure new business.
  • Leverage available market data and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and promote new ideas for enhancing service offerings based on assessments of clients #39; current service models and the company’s products/services.
  • Maintain a high level of targeted outbound activity to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Generate and qualify leads by conducting research on potential customers who would benefit from and find value in our solutions.
  • Deliver online presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and document all interactions with potential customers and leads using our CRM tool, providing status updates as needed or requested.
  • Become an expert on the company’s products, value proposition, and market positioning.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitive activities, and industry trends.
  • Attend trade shows and other networking events to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
