Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Driver Trainer for our London Location! Your Role

• Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Driver Trainer is responsible for instructing new hire Transit Orientation, Health and Safety, and Q-Straint training
• Perform on-road evaluations for new hires and annual evaluations for existing employees
• Assist with on-going driver training, collision re-training, and safety discussions with existing drivers
• Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files, maintaining accurate records, handle correspondence and coordinate communications with drivers and management
• Engage with team members to support their development and encourage a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Oversee the cleanup and completion of the Deficiency Report with support from the Training Supervisor
• Outside instructional training programs as required by Transit division manager
• The rate of pay for this position is $19.50 per hour

RequirementsYour profile

• You have an F class licence
• You possess a clean drivers abstract and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• You have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures
• You have superior organization and communications skills
• You have intermediate to advanced English language skills both written and verbal (B1 to B2)
• You have an understanding of the vehicle for hire industry
• You have knowledge of wheelchair tie downs and q-straint
• You have previous instructional / teaching experience
• You have previous Driver Assessment experience
• You have intermediate to advanced computer skills and have software experience in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• You are available to work flexible shifts between Sunday to Saturday. Hours will be dependent upon needs of business. Basic schedule between 8am to 5pm
