If you are in the London area and open to a progressive work environment with flexibility in hours, opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week and have genuine impact on your team and your company, this may be for you.How you will make an impact- Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements- Handling new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations- Managing various administrative duties- Optimizing digital recruiting resources and working to uncover additional resources- Carrying out pre screens and interviews- Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms- Formulating internal recommendations based on information gathered from department leadersJob Requirements:- Solid understanding of employment branding- Interviewing experience a must have for the Recruitment Specialist - Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration- External communication experience required- Adeptness in Onboarding- New employee orientation experience highly desired- Demonstrated knowledge of executive recruitment- Practical knowledge of social media- Strong knowledge of sourcing recruitment- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms- Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals- Able to work independently as well as part of the London team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projectsWhat we offer:
