About the Role On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, the company isseeking a motivated Security Specialist ready to take on newchallenges. Your Responsibilities As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for: Be a subject matter expert in Technology Risk related policies,procedures, technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.Provide consultation and guidance to business and technology partnersto help them adhere to these policies and standards.Facilitate reviews with business and technology subject matter expertsto identify where Segregation of Duties policies are required.Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend bestpractices pertaining to RBAC and SOD Policies.Adhere to policies, procedures, technology control standards andregulatory guidelines.Support technology processes, help launch governance practices tomonitor, detect, prevent, and react to current and emerging securitythreats.Follow and promote relevant enterprise frameworks and methodologies(Agile methodologies including the Next Evolution of Work).Research and investigate regulatory compliance requirements, reportingand questions, support the team in resolving compliance, audit, andregulatory issues.Influence behavior to reduce risk, foster a strong technology riskmanagement culture.Deliver business services, functions and capabilities that optimizethe use of process, technology. Your Qualifications Education/Experience:7 to 10 years’ experience. Key Skills: IAM controls and industry standards.Risk and controls.Strong MS office- Excel.strong communication- stakeholder interactop.Nice to have: Salepoint, Banking, Power BI.
