We believe in offering an engaging, inclusive and supportive work environment where each team member can thrive.Your contribution!Reporting to the Vice President - Investments and Financing, you will provide proactive administrative support for the effective coordination of the day-to-day activities of the assigned managers.Your day-to-day!

  • Proactively manage agendas, work schedules and travel;
  • Manage, screen and respond to routine correspondence, questions from various stakeholders and approval requests;
  • Handle meeting and travel logistics, including reservations, schedules, paperwork and all other required arrangements;
  • Provide administrative support for direct teams (travel and meeting reservations, photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.);
  • Follow up with internal teams on various files, including the timely submission of timesheets
  • Ensure the efficient administration of expense accounts;
  • Provide proactive support in the preparation, writing, verification, translation and revision of documents and presentations;
  • Support the property management of the Development Department in Canada;
  • Promote a professional image in all communications and interactions, both internally and externally;
  • Perform any other administrative tasks required.
Your skills, our requirements!
  • College diploma (DEC) in administration or any other equivalent discipline; a DEP combined with a long relevant experience will be considered as equivalent;
  • Between 3 and 5 years of administrative experience in corporate groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written, Spanish an asset

  • The position is based at the company’s head office located in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
  • This position is a S2 level.
