Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.Summary:The Client Delivery Professional creates strong consultative client and associate relationships that result in long-term client and associate satisfaction and high retention rates. The Client Delivery Professional is ultimately responsible for service delivery for their assigned account sites; serving as the face of Manpower’s service team to the client and the central point of contact for Manpower associates. This role is responsible for coordinating service delivery amongst client, dedicated team and field offices with a heavy emphasis on executing many of the activities as well. This role is responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate.

  • Manage and drive service level agreement requirements (SLA’s / KPI’s) and other determined Manpower or Client criteria.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with local client hiring managers / end users through continuous interaction and service mentality. Drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships and communication with local Manpower offices and Client Program team to ensure clarity of responsibilities and seamless / coordinated execution of service delivery to client
  • Work directly with Client to forecast upcoming labor needs and gather immediate labor needs. Translate client communicated needs to required Client Candidate Pool requirements to Talent Acquisition and/or Field offices.
  • Perform / execute specific service delivery steps as required, including but not limited to:
  • Engage / contact candidate pool to confirm availability
  • Match Candidates to Open Job Orders or Schedules
  • Coordinate order fulfillment flow to ensure timely and compliant starts
  • Perform Client specific candidate eligibility / compliance requirements
  • Perform Onboarding of new hires
  • Perform Orientation & Training of new hires
  • Confirm daily / shift associate attendance and address associate absenteeism and tardiness
  • Coordinate weekly associate time capture, hiring manager approval, payroll/billing processing, reconciliation, and adjustments.
  • Communicate, update and maintain associate assignment changes
  • Compile data, scrub data, and create internal and client reporting
  • Timely response/first point of contact for all associate inquiries/issues; finds the appropriate resources to assist associates and communicates resolutions or findings to appropriate parties. Ensure compliance with Manpower policy and federal and state laws (i.e. Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, and Employment Law).
  • Establish and manage associate development, engagement and retention programs utilizing various resources to drive performance and recognition.
  • Proactively identify and solution potential future challenges. Own the resolution of overall client and associate issues.
  • Recruitment strategy for candidate attraction.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 2-3 years staffing experience
  • HS Diploma is required
