Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a Clerk, Sales Support for our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division.The Sales Support Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager, Sales Support. You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks related to the sales programs including the Traction Associate and TruckPro Programs. You will also be providing support for the organization of customer events and development of sales initiatives.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take charge of all administrative tasks related to the sales programs.
  • Produce all monthly invoices for Traction Associates and TruckPro fees and do invoice reconciliation at the beginning of each month.
  • Bill and send the loyalty trip results to customers. Pay monthly invoices related to the programs.
  • Complete all the required steps when opening a new Traction Associate or new TruckPro member.
  • Send welcome package to new customers.
  • Manage customer distribution lists.
  • Review and send out communications to customers.
  • Provide customer service to Traction Associates and TruckPro members.
  • Answer their inquiries. Listen and get their insight.
  • Prepare short surveys on specific topics when required.
  • Follow-up on special offers.
  • Prepare / execute monthly data queries to track progress.
  • Produce reports such as visit note reports and sales funnel reports.
  • Produce summary of customer satisfaction survey results.
  • Provide support for the organization of customer events such as the loyalty trip and national sales meeting.
  • Help with the development of new sales initiatives.
QualificationsTo join our team, you need:
  • High school or college diploma in commerce or other discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) oral and written.
