Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.This opportunity is for a 1 Year Term beginning September, 2023 until October, 2024.Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance into best in class methodologies for talent acquisition
  • Work with leadership teams to understand key business issues and develop appropriate staffing plans
  • Implement initiatives and projects to ensure an ongoing pipeline of skilled talent is maintained; proactively sourcing leads and screening candidates while driving the process from initiation through offer management
  • Manage the overall candidate experience to ensure it is professional, positive and reflective of MNP values
  • Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, networks, hiring managers, educational institutions, agencies and other third parties
  • Act as a liaison and project manager with approved third-party agencies and vendors who provide additional recruiting-related services to the organization
  • Utilize recruitment technology to elevate success and speed of recruitment activities
  • Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations to improve processes based on market trends
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor #39;s or master #39;s degree in business administration, human resources or other related field is preferred
  • 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Professional services industry experience, with successful recruit of senior level professionals
  • Understanding of recruitment technology and social media solutions
