Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionThe Pricing management team is currently looking for a Supervisor, to ensure the implementation of our pricing strategies, their updates and integration in the different systems and to support our stores.As such, you will work in close collaboration with the Product Management and Data Integrity teams regarding different challenges and opportunities related to pricing, systems and processes. This position requires high analysis and reporting skills and to work on multiple projects related to pricing and gross profit.You will have to:

  • Manage and ensure the training of the team
  • Coordinate prices and products updates and ensure a rigorous follow-up of potential delays resulting from the teams or the suppliers
  • Produce different reports in collaboration with the Product Management team to identify the most problematic lines, if pricing structure are required by the Market Managers and to collaborate to the revision when required
  • Produce monthly special prices reports and point out irregularities in the system and whether they are related to approval processes, gross margin or signed agreements
  • Suggest regional adjustments and analyze the adjustments in place to ensure they are in line with the market and the company’s strategy
  • Participate to the different projects and initiatives related to pricing management or structure
  • Identify opportunities to improve our pricing structure and participate in their implementation
QualificationsTo join our team, you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, economy, logistics or any relevant field
  • Have a minimum of (5) five years of experience in supply chain, product management or equivalent
  • Have a good experience and understanding of pricing structure
  • Strong knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience in team management
  • Previous experience with AX & Karmak systems (asset)
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and autonomy
