Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionThe Heavy Vehicle Divisions Purchasing Department is looking for a Technician to complete its team. The ideal candidate has a college or university degree in administration, operations management or any other combination of training and relevant experience. You must also have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position or a few years of experience in an administrative department related to procurement. Finally, you stand out for your ability to learn, autonomy, dynamism and are perfectly bilingual both orally and in writing.Your responsibilities :

  • Ensure the follow-up to suppliers and follow up until the delivery of purchase orders generated by all buyers for our stores and warehouses
  • Carry out the procurement of certain product lines
  • Process the change in status of parts requested by stores and warehouses in order to maintain good inventory management
  • Generate reports and performance indicator tables to support the buyers
QualificationsTo join our team, you need:
  • College degree in administration, operations management, or other;
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar position or a few years experience in an administrative position related to procurement;
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Knowledge of procurement software (Evant or E3) (asset)
  • Knowledge of products (parts for heavy vehicles) (asset)
  • Bilingualism essential in French and English (oral and written);
