GATEHOUSE ASSOCIATEAre you looking to grow your career and knowledge in a fast paced, friendly, safety-oriented environment Are you up for the challenge of elevating the customer experience through providing the best solution as a trusted partner for our customersWe are currently looking for a Gatehouse associate to work in a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires working outside and to be extremely knowledgeable about building materials to ensure that each customer #39;s order is correct. Due to the Loss Prevention aspect of the position you need to ensure all products are accounted for and paid for before leaving the premises, so you need to be efficient, tactful, and thorough to excel at this position.What you will do:

  • Collect payments
  • Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
  • Check customer loads for accuracy
  • Clear all loads coming in and leaving the yard
  • Report any violations, theft, accidents, or injuries to the store manager
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to lift light to heavy merchandise
