  • Engage a broad set of stakeholders and collaborate with various levels of the organization on IT related projects
  • Direct the development of business solutions and systems requirements through detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Work with business units to analyze and design potential technical solutions and communicate proposed recommendations
  • Work closely with project teams, participate in implementation of technical solutions and support gating into operations.
  • Participate in various local and national working groups as required to further advance deployment of technological solutions.

Degree equivalency
  • Recent and significant experience in an IT support role analyzing and troubleshooting IT related issues within an enterprise environment
  • Recent and significant experience providing IT recommendations or solutions to a client
  • Recent and significant experience contributing to IMIT projects
  • NOTE:
  • Recent is defined as experience obtained within the last two (2) years.
Significant experience refers to the depth and breadth of experience associated with the performance of duties over 2 years or more.If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)Asset Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting physical IT infrastructure (Servers, network switches, storage, cabling)
  • Experience supporting layered applications (i.e. MS SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, etc…)

  • Experience creating technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams and or process maps
  • Experience in leading or participating in technology security assessments
