ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:In partnership with the Senior Manager, Salesamp; Retention, the Sales Enablement Lead will work collaboratively with sales, marketing, Peopleamp; Culture, our offshore vendor, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement sales enablement programs to increase sales results and productivity.The objective will be identifying insights, best practices and implementing performance programs that significantly increase sales results with a focus on measurement and continuous improvement.Additionally, this role will have a focus on reviewing, understanding, and presenting performance results in a way that identifies actionable insights.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, best practices, policies, scripts, playbooks, etc.
  • Conduct sales research to assess skill levels including mystery calling, competitive calling, call listening, sales rep focus groups and reporting analysis.
  • Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
  • Support product launches and new offers by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Continuous focus on incentives to drive behavior; develop regular theme-based Spiff programs that have high engagement and incremental lift, measure and report on ROI.
  • Working with the Planning team to ensure the development of automated reports covering rep, team, brand sales, sales mix, KPIs, costs, relative to targets.
  • Partner with Training and Quality teams to identify opportunities to develop and improve the selling competencies of sales agents.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager, Sales and Peopleamp; Culture to create an onboarding program that expedites the new sales rep’s integration into the team and accelerates the performance timeline.
  • Manage various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
  • Measure performance of all programs with a focus on continuous performance improvement.
  • Evaluate and communicate program results and their business impact to sales leadership teams.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends. Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Hours of work: Usual business hours 8-4pm Monday to Friday.
  • 100% remote.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long period of time.
  • Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard.
  • Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate over the phone or virtual meetings.
  • Visual acuity to read words and numbers.
  • Constantly operate a computer.

CREDENTIALS:
  • University degree or equivalent experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales experience.
  • Strong experience in sales Call Centre environment.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to communicate verbally in English and French to provide training to sales employees.
  • Must be able to readamp; write in English
SKILLSamp; ABILITIES:
  • Fully Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset.
  • Effective leadership capabilities which help establish Salesamp; Marketing as a valued resource within the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, best practices and training.
  • Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables.
  • Ability to assess a situation and independently take action to address it.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • Passionate and committed to operational excellence and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrates good judgment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
