Job Description

Server PT/CasualCherish at Central Park is a seniors community that is dedicated to creating an environment that nurtures the human spirit, and promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. By working closely with our residents and introducing laughter to every day we can, and do, improve their overall health. These values promote a positive healthy environment, new friendships, and a true sense of well-being in our people.Position: Server (Casual)Responsibilities:

  • Our Servers are responsible for a variety of tasks, ultimately responsible for our Resident #39;s dining experience with duties ranging from acting as host in the dining room, food service, and preparation.
  • We are looking for someone with a great work ethic, mature, responsible, and has a passion for working with seniors.
  • The ability to tell a good joke, participate in social events, and have musical talent would be beneficial.
Qualifications:
  • You will be serving in our Dining Room, Courtyard Lounge, and Jazz Bistro.
  • Experience in plated food service in a dining room set.
  • Food Safe and Serving it Right certifications.
  • Currently living in the greater Victoria area.
