This position supports deployment, maintenance, and improvement of quality system solutions.What will you do

• Your initial work effort will focus on static data: Analysis, Test Schedule, Limit level, Multi-Level Product (MLP) specification creation in SampleManager based on Analytical Standards for Quality Control Chemistry and Microbiology data.
• Support PSG sites maintaining static data (e. g. columns, reagents, reference standards, stocks, instruments, etc.) for consumables and locations.
• Build Lab Execution System (LES) procedures in SampleManager based on PSG site test methods which will enable electronic execution of test methods.
• Support SampleManager deployment at PSG sites as well as perform activities (troubleshooting, etc.) within a support model.
• Work independently as part of a global virtual team, and travel occasionally for workshops, team meetings, and site support.
• Support the configuration of the software, supply to the validation documentation, build sample workflows, document processes, test, and troubleshoot the system.
• Support training material and Work Instruction development, and potentially train other users.
• Support post-validation work (e. g. system upgrades and new feature development).
• Support activities on other digital lab systems (Chromatography data systems, electronic planning systems, etc.)

• Minimum of 3-5 years analytical laboratory experience in a GxP setting for pharmaceutical testing of raw materials, finished products, or microbiological samples.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), preferred SampleManager, knowledge of Chromatography Data System (CDS) preferred.
• Knowledge of Analytical laboratories, workflows (sample management, etc.) and corresponding SOPs.
• Knowledge, experience, and skills in qualification of analytical equipment and maintenance of corresponding SOPs.
• Ability to follow OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workspace environment.
• Ability to conduct training programs and group presentations
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10-15%
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal, second language as an asset.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and connected business interfaces.
