We are currently looking for a Territory Manager to complement our great sales team for biosimilars.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Manager’s mandate is to meet specialists in rheumatology, gastroenterology and dermatology. He is responsible for achieving annual sales and business objectives within his territory. These goals are achieved by promoting our products and services to our customers and partners. Also, by creating partnerships with all stakeholders in the health system who are involved in the therapeutic fields where our products will be used. This person provides service and support that adheres to our mission and commitment to the community.You will be responsible for several super stimulating projects:
  • Exercise its commercial responsibilities in the territory assigned to it
  • Analyze, produce, execute and follow a business plan specific to the territory
  • Identify and assess key clients and healthcare professionals
  • Perform relevant activities to support the assigned product(s)
  • Build networks and relationships based on trust
  • Follow a customer-oriented approach
  • Act in a complex business environment: competition, government legislation, hospital practices and technological advancements
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s commitment
  • Learn and communicate scientific concepts and data
  • Participate in a complex discussion about managing a patient to maximize the value offered
RequirementsTo be successful and happy in this role, it is important to have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
  • Experience and demonstrated results as a pharmaceutical representative
  • Network of contacts with targeted specialists: rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, dermatologists
  • Understanding of the market for biologics and biosimilars (important asset)
  • Knowledge of the product reimbursement system and patient support programs
  • High negotiation skills and influence
  • Proficiency in office and related softwares
  • Ability to travel (provincial and sometimes national travels)
  • Impeccable record in terms of ethics and compliance with industry regulations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual (spoken and written)
