We have also been recognized as Greater Toronto Top Employer’s for 2022 and Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2022.Position Summary:The Territory Sales Merchandiser (TSM) Positions merchandise and creates a customer-ready selling floor.We have a unique opportunity for you if you thrive working independently. The part-time TSM will be responsible for ensuring that all authorized Hershey products are visible in the stores in their assigned territories and that product is displayed in such a way as to stimulate interest and entice customers to make a purchase.Duties include, but are not limited to, building displays, packing out product, replenishing permanent secondary displays, maintaining salability, and ensuring optimum product appearance and quality of all authorized Hershey items. There is no direct selling in this role.What will you do

• Participating in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with plans, selling history and new receipts.
• Consulting with buyers, marketing and sellers product positioning and presentation plans.
• Creating and coordinating visual presentation of merchandise, including store layout and displays.
• Coaching sales staff on merchandise to enable them to suggest the appropriate merchandise to meet the customers needs.

What We Need

• 1- 3 years merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis
• Valid Driver’s license and good standing driving record is required
• Personal auto insurance with at least the government set minimum liability
• Must reside within the boundaries of the assigned territory
• Land line/cell phone and internet access required
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Detailed-oriented with fresh thinking
• Proficient in MS suite (word, excel, power point) and familiar with IPAD Technology
• Willingness to be a part of a high performing team that works hard and has fun!

Additional Details and Requirements:This is a part-time position – 15 hours per week / Tuesday -Thurday, 6 month contract Access to a personal vehicle for which mileage rates will be paid.Benefits and Perks of Working at Hershey Canada:

• The road is your office. This position requires a road warrior who is able to work independently on the road while interacting with our customers and sales team.
