Job Description

Bulldog Energy Group is a full-service fluid management company.We have been serving the oil industry since 1996; and we lead the way in service, with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility. We have offices located in Mannville & Nisku, AB - looking after all three of our divisions: Vac & Water, Rentals, and Heavy Equipment.We are currently seeking an Operations & Safety Administrator to support our Operations team in our Mannville, AB location. This is a full-time salaried position Monday to Friday (40 hours per week); you would be required to work overtime when necessary.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-boarding & orientations to new employees, providing support throughout the process
  • Review driver’s abstracts, book drug & alcohol tests, issue PPE, etc.
  • Schedule courses for employees to attend for mandatory certifications
  • Maintain comprehensive safety records for employees
  • Maintain training database; review and schedule re-certification as required
  • Enter data for daily dispatch tracking
  • Create hotel bookings and travel arrangements for operators
  • Collect and communicate new job information to Accounts Receivable
Qualifications and Competencies:
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in an Operations, Safety or an Administrative role
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Liaise with a variety of internal and external resources
  • Fast, accurate data entry and word processing skills
  • Proficient computer literacy skills and have the ability to use Office365 as well as learn new systems and software
  • Outstanding organizational skills that allow you to maintain orderly electronic and paper filing systems
  • The ability to take initiative and be self-motivated
