Develop your full potential, sustainablyBlossom by deploying your expertise as a Technical Manager:
  • As a technical expert, ensure that unit action plans and manufacturing objectives are in line with Group strategy;
  • In collaboration with the plants, develop an asset investment strategy and ensure its deployment;
  • Develop and support the implementation of standardized operational best practices, including the management of performance indicators;
  • Supervise major unit trials and support the start-up of new equipment and products;
  • Monitor manufacturing best practices and new techniques, validate their feasibility and share them within the organization;
  • Recommend the selection/modification of manufacturing equipment and optimize its performance;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the unit;
  • Develop good relationships with business partners;
  • Support the development of innovation and new products to create added value for customers.

  • Bachelor #39;s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or other relevant training;
  • At least 10 years #39; experience in the manufacturing field;
  • Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes is a strong asset;
  • Knowledge of the market (business opportunities, sales, competition) and of business and manufacturing processes;
  • Basic knowledge of costing;
  • Excellent consultancy skills and the ability to influence and make an impact;
  • Innovative ideas and good communication skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills;
  • Bilingualism (working with English-speaking colleagues).
