Job Description

  • Utilize experience as a joiner/cabinet maker.
  • Produce all levels of residential/commercial millwork.
  • Assemble parts into finished millwork components.
  • Sand and file as necessary to produce quality finished faces and edges.
  • Install and adjust all necessary hardware.
  • Source materials as needed for specific projects.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists.
  • Measure jobs for Project Managers.
  • Operate a variety of woodworking machinery to produce parts from solid wood and sheet goods.
  • Clean items and prepare for shipping.
  • Coordinate with others working on the same project, communicating clearly with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Maintain a valid BC Driver’s License and possess a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Ability to lift and carefully manipulate objects up to 50 lbs. in weight on a regular basis.
  • Load finished materials in millwork van.
