Job Description

Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Profit Centre Sales Admin maintains the overall flow of the sales function while providing ongoing support to all team members. The Sales admin is responsible for answering all inquiries creating and maintaining sales documents, participating and facilitating meetings and supporting the sales team. Additional duties will include:

  • Provide accurate and timely invoicing of customer shipments daily
  • Assist in servicing customers including answering phones and responding to sales emails
  • Log all the incoming quotations and assign them the responsible sales teammates
  • Create sales orders and log new orders in the appropriate database
  • Filing of packing slips, pickers, and reconciled reports
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely fashion that exceeds the customers’ expectations
  • Works directly with the Project Manager to maintain production records and project hours
  • Provides information directly to our web designer for website maintenance
  • Prepares updates and posts on social media platform, including LinkedIn on a regular basis
  • Updates and maintains various Excel spreadsheets/ Google docs
  • Reconciles daily transactions and prepares the bank deposit as needed
  • Understand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations as well as at the Profit Centre
  • Support all Profit Centre activities as part of the Profit Centre Team
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manage
