Les Jardins Intérieurs is currently looking for a Maintenance Clerk to join our team.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residenceBe available to respond to emergenciesChange light bulbs in the common areasClear and salt the entrancesMaintain property areas and systemsMaintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lotsMaintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)Make service callsMinor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superiorPerform minor repairs in apartments and common areasPreventive maintenance on equipmentSupervise the maintenance of the equipmentTaking out the trashEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:A working knowledge of building maintenance (Hvac, electrical, plumbing etc.)Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairsA minimum of 3 to 5 years experienceBENEFITS:Meals in the dining room at $5.50Possibility to be on call evenings and weekendsUniform providedFree parkingGroup insuranceSick days and time off for family obligationsEmployee Assistance ProgramOn-site blood test serviceVacationSocial Club activities, gifts and substantial discountsConsistent scheduleRecognition programJOB STATUS:Permanent: Part TimeJOB SCHEDULE:Day time
