Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their sales team. In this role, your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for print solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!Account Management:• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for small format print products and print portalservices.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their print needs and providing tailoredsolutions.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on print products, design options, and print portalfunctionalities.• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, print technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position ourproducts and services.• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients on using our print portal platform, ensuringthey maximize its features and benefits.• Work closely with internal teams, including production, design, and customer service, to ensure seamlessexecution of print projects and fulfillment of client orders.• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and campaigns to driveawareness and demand for our print solutions.Other Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably withinthe print industry or related field.• Strong understanding of small format print products, print technologies, and print production processes.• Familiarity with online print portals and web-to-print solutions is highly desirable.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage andinfluence clients at all levels.• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptionalcustomer service.• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prerequisite Skills/Experience:• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Strong organization and time management skills• Positive and professional attitude• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping• Team player• Proficiency with information systems ie.
