Responsibilities(part-time or fulltime):- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy- Maintain financial records and documentation in an organized mannerRequirements:- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsNote: A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
